Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• The project has not been started and the request is made within 7 days of the initial payment.

• The project is significantly delayed from the agreed timeline due to our fault, and no alternative solution has been accepted by the client.

• The delivered work does not match the agreed-upon scope and no mutual resolution can be reached.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• If the client has approved the design or development and the project has progressed beyond the planning phase.

• If delays are caused due to client-side issues such as delayed feedback, incomplete information, or change in requirements after project commencement.

• For digital services already rendered, including domain registration, hosting, third-party integrations, or licensing fees.

• If the project is completed as per the agreed scope of work.

3. Cancellation Requests

• All cancellation and refund requests must be sent via email to Patelrohitg5848@gmail.com with full project and payment details.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.

4. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be made through the original method of payment.
The refund will be credited to the customer's account within 7 to 10 working days through the original payment method.

5. Changes to This Policy

EKADAS INNOVATIONS PVT. LTD. reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
