EKADAS INNOVATIONS PVT. LTD. provides web development, design, hosting integration, and other related digital solutions. All services will be delivered based on the scope of work agreed upon before project initiation.

2. Payment Terms

• A percentage of the project cost must be paid in advance before development begins.

• The remaining balance must be paid as per the milestones or before the final delivery.

• Any third-party fees (domain, hosting, plugins, licenses, etc.) are to be paid by the client and are non-refundable.

3. Project Timelines

Project timelines are shared in the proposal and depend on client cooperation, including timely feedback and content delivery. Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline extensions.

4. Revisions and Changes

• We offer a limited number of revisions as per the agreed project scope.

• Any changes requested beyond the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and charged separately.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information, content, and materials required for the completion of the project.

• Clients are responsible for the legality of all content (text, images, logos, etc.) provided to EKADAS INNOVATIONS.

6. Intellectual Property

• The final project deliverables will be the intellectual property of the client once full payment is received.

• EKADAS INNOVATIONS reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and agree not to disclose or reuse any confidential information shared with us during the project.

8. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details. Refunds are subject to eligibility and company discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

• EKADAS INNOVATIONS will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

• We are not responsible for any damages or issues arising from third-party platforms, hosting providers, or external software integrations.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project or service if:

• The client fails to make timely payments.

• There is abuse, harassment, or unprofessional behavior.

• There is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Banaskantha, Gujarat.
